Located right next to Calle 8, it's a perfect place to get the full experience of Cuban food & culture in Miami. This apartment is located on ground level so there's no need to use stairs. There is fenced-free parking on the premises right next to the apartment. A paid washer and dryer are available in the building. The washer and dryer are outside the apartment and shared with other apartments. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a spacious living space and an open kitchen fully equipped. A Sofa bed in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you). Access to the apartment is fully automated, with a smart lock at the apartment door and the main gate with code as well. You will be granted all the instructions 5 days before your check-in date. Early check-in and late check-out must be coordinated in advance and have extra charges. Pets are not allowed in this listing. Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience.
