An authentic apartment with a great location. Located on Douglas, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami. Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, paid washer&dryer, linen, towels, etc. Parking spot available on premises. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex. Each unit has its own parking space. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces. A queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. A Sofa bed in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you). Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house. It has a cost of $1.75 for Washer and a $1.75 for Dryer. We will grant you all the check-in instructions through messages, so please stay tuned for automatic messaging. Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost. Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience.
