The elevator in this hotel doesn’t work. You have to wait 30 minutes to get into working elevator. At one point in my stay to avoid waiting I had to go up by stairs to the 22 nd floor. The key doesn’t work. The cleaning is terrible and no towels by the pool.

There are actually 3 properties in which you can stay. We ended up in an adjacent property that was co-located with Taco Taco restaurant.
