" I want to start by saying the staff was excellent—helpful, respectful, and very resourceful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. The property feels outdated and poorly maintained, and cleanliness was an issue. The rooms are extremely small—to the point where you can use the restroom and wash your hands at the same time. I’ve honestly had more space in a cruise cabin than in this room, which cost over $500 for just one night. Based on reviews and even my Uber driver’s recommendation, I expected YVE to be one of the better hotels in Miami. Sadly, that was not my experience. The hotel is in serious need of renovations and updates as soon as possible. "

"This place was exactly what we needed! It was a one day trip before a cruise out of Miami! I would stay again, before our next cruise! It was smaller than our state room on the cruise ship, but very cute and comfortable, and very close to the port of Miami! Cocktails, coffee and food were also good!"

"Room was very small if you can get a suite go that route because the other rooms are small & between our family 5 & our luggage it was just tight. Beds could have been more comfortable but I was happy we were only staying a few hours we got in late ( my mom ) checked us in earlier because she flew in earlier than we did. It wasn’t far @ all from the port & we ubered over it was cheaper to just do that than use the hotels services. "

"Room door was open to the pool....like a two-floor motel set-up, but on the 9th floor. Had to take 2 elevators to enter/exit the room. Woken by kids screaming in the pool at 8am. The onsite "restaurant/bar" is a sad corner off the pool that didn't seem to be staffed. It was priced accordingly but the pictures make you think you're getting a deal. You're not."

"The property is clean and modern. Parking is a challenge as the hotel offers none. We had a ten minute walk with our luggage. The pool and hot tub area on the roof is excellent with great views. No food offered on property. No coffee either. If you are having an extended stay it would be ok as they have a full kitchen in the room along with a washer and dryer. Location is great and within a ten minute walk of Bayside. Lobby is very small with just few seats for waiting. "

"Clean but the first room stank of urine and had leaking Aircon so we had to change. Otherwise it's a pleasant stay. Clean spacious rooms. Free wine in the lobby daily. Great vibes by the pool. "
