"This hotel was above and beyond. The room was extremely cool with color lighting features and super clean. The whole hotel is decorated in such a unique and creative manner which makes it different and more fun then other hotels in the area. The location is great and is walkable to many areas in downtown miami. Also, for the amount we paid which was cheaper then many hotels in the area, i felt like we got the best hotel around. "

"The property was beautiful, my flight was canceled the day I was to arrive and I couldn’t get their until the next day, I called them the night before and a note was supposed to be left on my account, arrive and was told my reservation was posted as a no show.. frustrating at first but it was rectified within 15 minutes. I appreciated the quick fix. Pool area was a bit chilly but nice and the hotel was beautiful, Asthestic friendly! One morning we had a waitress who was not friendly at the on site restaurant but other than that day it was fantastic!"

"The room was clean upon entry and beddings were comfortable. I find that the amenities and furnishing are not very well maintained. The hair dryer had stains on it, the cupboard to our mini fridge was jagged and the black out curtains were not properly installed so it had left marks all over the wall. "

"Check in was easy. The lobby is very large and has a coffee station, a snack bar where you could purchase chips and drinks to bring back to your room. Next to this is a restaurant where we had dinner. It was very nice overlooking one of the many canals. Our room was on a high floor. It is a very busy and noisy area with all of the boats and cars passing by. There were ear plugs on our nightstands to drown out the noise just in case. It did not bother us city folk lol. The room was clean and had everything you could need including an iron and ironing board. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were here for a cruise and they had a shuttle to the port for a small fee. I would definitely stay here again."

"They need to improve check in, the room was not ready at 4p. I tried to check in at 12p and 4p, my room was not ready until 445p and others were waiting as well. Upon checking out they did not provide a receipt stated I would get it later after the room was cleaned. I still haven’t received a receipt. They also put a $500 additional hold with the total I paid. Valet is $75 and self parking is $69. There is not any other overnight parking close by. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. "
