On a wooded plot of 3,000 m2, come and recharge your batteries in our contemporary villa of 145 m2 with swimming pool.
Located in the charming village of Mézos, 12 minutes from the ocean (Contis Plage) and surrounded by forests, our quiet house is ideal for spending a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

It consists of a large living room of 67 m2 with central island table that can accommodate 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 swimming pool, 1 infrared sauna, 1 outdoor shower.

Be careful, it should be noted that we do not have WiFi, we do connection sharing with our phones which works very well.

You can enjoy part of the garden where you will find bamboo, banana trees, palm trees...
You will also find a swing hanging from a tree for the children, as well as a trampoline (without a net).

On our land we also have a German verdine caravan from 1930 that we rent for the year when we are in the house. It should be noted that we live in the caravan when the house is rented, it is in a private space (surrounded by a reed) so not overlooked on the house, we only share the entrance of the gate (and we are very discreet). It has always gone very well with the tenants of the house or conversely our caravan tenants:)

The charming little village of Mézos has all the amenities you will need (bakery, SPAR mini-market which is also a tabac, Skatepark, Boulodrome, 3 restaurants, 1 beer bar and wine cellar, a Cabaret (with show every Monday and Wednesday evening), canoe/kayaking rental to go up the Curlew.

You can enjoy beautiful walks in the forest to connect with nature.

We have a good relationship with our neighbours and ask for a minimum of respect from them (excessive music outside in the evening, etc. will not be tolerated!)

We rent you our cocoon, it is our main residence for which we put a lot of energy into making it beautiful and welcoming, so we will ask you to be respectful of the place.
