"Lovely apartment with excellent view of the Adriatic. I would stay at Casa Bianca again, very clean, close to town, easy walk downhill to restaurants. My only recommendation is that they procvide more amenities like bath soap & paper towels in the kitchen.

"This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there.
Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal.
Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on!

"I was looking for a quiet place to hunker down outside of America, to be able to use an internet connection and get done with done. I found friends, a warm welcome, and so much laughter despite not speaking the same languages. I think my 3 week stay will be forever remembered as one of those transformative moments of my life. Note: the property is not in downtown Ulcinj but in a nearby town Donji Štoj. The house mailing address system is not quite compatible with Vrbo and so it shows as downtown in Ulcinj but is not. "Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
