- This 300 sq m. villa, closed to the charming Mézin village can welcome up to8 guests. It offers all the luxury amenities you might dream of in a village luxury holiday retreat. Located 5 minutes from the town center, into a protected 6000 sq m. park, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including AC into the master bedroom and fans in the others.
On the groundfloor, a stunning kitchen with stone sink, central worktop, large traditionnal cooker, a huge fridge and a back kitchen for supplies with a second sink, dishwasher, microwave… will let you enjoy the French Gastronomy at its best !
The attenant living room with TV set, fireplace and a very bright dining veranda are ones of the most appreciated rooms in here. Outside, a huge swimming pool (2,40 m depth!!), heated since the pool opening with NO EXTRA COST (possible to increase the water temperature up to 10° above the air temperature), protected with alarm, a fully equipped summer kitchen with TV closed to the pool and a covered terrace, with view on the palm trees will convince you that happiness is not so far !!
