"The air conditioning worked great. Got super cold in my room just how i like it. The room was clean, the bed was ultra comfortable and i loved the layout of the room, it gave u that luxurious vibe for a cheap price. The staff was nice. The hatch lock on my room door was broken and they never fixed it other than that no complaints. The breakfast was a 10/10. They had a waffle maker, fresh eggs and sausage, water, different juices, fresh fruit, different cereals, milk, yogurt, syrup, they had it all. This is definitely where ill be staying when i visit houston. 9/10 experience "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I BELIEVE ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE, BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY SOMEONE WOULD STAY IN A DRUG INFESTED, ROACH INFESTED HOTEL. WE WEREN'T THERE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BECAUSE OF THE ROACHES. YOU COULD TELL JUST BY LOOKING AROUND THIS IS A FLOP HOTEL. DRUGS AND PRETTY MUCH HOMELESS. MY SON IN LAW WAS USING THE BATHROOM AND HAD TO PUT HIS FEET UP BECAUSE THE RAOCHES WERE ROAMING AROUND HIS FEET. THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE WALL OF THE ROOM THEY WERE IN. YES, WE HAD 2 ROOMS. THE MUSTY SMELL IN ROOM 131 WAS HORRIBLE. ROOM 121 HAD ROACHES, THERE WAS NO WAY TO TURN THE AIR ON IN THE ROOM. ALL BUTTONS WERE GONE. A/C UNIT HAD BURN MARKS FROM CIGERETTES ON IT. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NON SMOKING ROOM, HMMM. WHEN WE CHECKED IN, THE DESK CLERK CHARGED ME 2-$25 REFUNDABLE FEES, BUT WHEN WE LEFT, WITHIN 20 MINUTES OF BEING THERE, HE TOLD ME THAT EXPEDIA HAD TO REFUND ME THOSE FEES, WHICH IS INCORRECT. IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS AND WE ARE STILL WAITING ON THAT REFUNDABLE FEE TO BE RETURNED. TRASH WAS EVERYWHERE IN THE PARKING LOT. BAGS OF TRASH LEFT ON THE WALK WAY, IN FRONT OF DOORS, HORRIBLE. I FIND THIS PLACE DISGUSTING, DRUG RIDDEN, PROSTITUTION, BED BUGS, JUST PLAIN GROSS. IF YOU STAY HERE, YOU WILL BRING ROACHES AND BED BUGS HOME. YOUR LUCKY IF YOUR VEHICLE DOESN'T GET BROKE INTO. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

"The hotel itself was great even though we had an issue with neighbors smoking pot and it getting into our room."

"Good things: beautiful grounds, new kitchen and master suites were spacious.Bad things: old house in need of a lot of TLC. Paint peeling in various room, no curtains on french doors in front bedrooms, mildew smell throughout house, burned pots, missing pool sticks, trash piled up on side of house, towels had mildew smell, dead roaches everywhere. The house has great potential but we would not go back under current condition."
