I brought my family of 5 and it was perfect for both the children and the adults. I also loved how secure it was, with 24 hour surveillance and security at the front desk. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone. It was spacious, clean and generally quiet. It’s also close to great restaurants & cafes without being in the middle of all the tourists. There’s also a 24 hr a day guard at the door so we felt extremely safe & comfortable staying here. The only thing that went wrong was that We couldn’t get hot water one day in the smaller shower but that was a one off. It was spacious, quiet, and in the perfect location for our visit to Mexico City. Our 3 year old daughter had so much fun on the hammock swings in the balcony (as well as the park 2 mins from us). We enjoyed cooking a few meals at home and relaxing in our space in general. There is so much to do in Colima Notre and amazing places to eat within 10 min walks. Only suggestion I would have is making the building accessible to patrons on their own as sometimes the staff were away from the security desk (totally understandable) and we had to wait for a while to be buzzed in (but mostly we were buzzed in immediately). While it did not affect enjoyment, a door in the master shower was missing, the sink in the 1/2 bath leaked, and there was a flooding / plumbing issue in the parking garage that did not smell great that last day we were there. We asked downstairs in security and they said they said that they could not help us . Communicated with you and could not be helped either. First, we arrived two hours later than check in, only to find a cleaning crew scurrying around. It was obvious they were rushing and very obvious that the apartment was NOT adequately cleaned. Hair in shower, toilets not cleaned, stove dirty. But the worst part was we were without HOT WATER and the owners never responded.
