They charge the room reservation two time one by card and as we arrived to the hotel he asked us to pay in cash when we already had reseved but i did not put the necessary attencion cause it was 1am at nigth at that time all we expected to get a room. I hope you cas do something about it. Thank you.

If it's the last room in town...
The staff is friendly and helpful, and you get a nice apartment that can sleep 6 people (2 on the couch, more if you squeeze). That being said the place is being managed like a shoestring hostel. We paid $50us- $200us depending on the night. We chose the spot based on it's proximity to where we were working, which is the only reason to stay there. There was no toilet paper in the room, 1 towel and 1 bar of soap for 5 people, they don't clean the room during your stay, and the real deal breaker is the shower is terrible. It takes literally 3 minutes for any change in the temperature to go through the pipes and it comes out scalding hot or freezing cold, making it nearly impossible to actually get in the water for more than 10 seconds at a time. Sometimes no water comes out at all. I had them fix it 2x as the heater wasn't working at all and had to wait an hour each time to shower. Breakfast is terrible- prepackaged food microwaved, cinnamon flavored nescafe, and sugary orange drink. We threw 70% of it out. Have ubereats deliver instead. They wanted to charge us 700 pesos for an airport pickup. The taxi stand at the airport is 350 pesos, and uber is about 70 pesos. Uber is the best, cheapest, safest way to get around the city. The location is also terrible with nothing of interest or useful near by. In comparison, my cousin on the same nights, paid half the price for a beautiful hotel, in a lovely area, 5 star service and food, a pool, toilet paper, clean room every day

Cleaning was not available on a daily basis, you had to ask for it, a lot noise 24 hours a day, their parking garage has a loading car dock, makes a lot of noise, location was OK

location is great, only 'thing i found awkward was the elevator to park the car and garage doors swinging toward sidewalk, otherwise was a clean quiet decent place, just what we expected.

The interior was nice and a great value for small apartment. The staff was very nice but spoke no English so some communication was challenging. The area is not walkable to stores or restaurants.

The interior of apartment was nice and a great value for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The area is not very walkable so we had to take Ubers to go to stores or restaurants.

The location is within 20 min walk to the Autodromo and is perfect for going to EDC however there are no restaurants nearby. The wifi was horrible and barely worked. There is no cleaning service; we had to use the same towels 3 days in a row and were not given any extras when we requested them. No one came to clean the entire time we were there. There are only cups and utensils available, no plates to eat on.

It was truly amazing there was a fully loaded kitchen with utensils, Wifi Tv. There was a private garage with great service next time I visit Mexico City I will stay here again.

Very clean apartment and facility. Modern appliances and furniture. Only complaint would be on house keeping leaving enough personal hygiene items. Kind of a pain going to the clerk every day.

No sign on building with name. Multiple for sale signs. Upon check in, was given a key to a room that had a suitcase and unmade beds, so was obviously being used. I got another room but this did not instill confidence that my things would be safe what if someone came into MY room??!? There was no safe and also no coffee or water or tissue or napkins or any basic amenities. Friend took showe at night in front bathroom. I went 5 mins after in my own bathroom = COLD WATER. I waited another 30 mins. STILL COLD WATER ONLY. Went to bed went to shower around 9am = COLD WATER ONLY in both bathrooms. I got my stuff together and went to another hotel.

Decent apartment style hotel on main Viaduct
This is not a normal full service style hotel. This apartment style room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was a big plus. It is meant to sleep 6, with 2 futons in the living area. So the basics, and general state of the room were good. But here were a few things that need improvement. The beds were very uncomfortable (hard), with two beds being futons in the living room without a blackout shade, while looking out on a main walkway. The drainage was very slow in all sinks, and the showers got the floors extremely wet. So after a few days, it was not as comfortable as we had hoped. It is located near the airport and not far from 2 metros, so location is convenient. It is tricky to find though, as it is on the lateral of the Viaduct, with no sign other than the street number and requires a big round about to get to if you miss it. So it was okay, but not great. The staff was friendly though, so no complaints there. I wouldn't avoid staying there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Honestly, we arrived and it was very difficult to know the exact location because it do not have any sign outside. But, ok, we accepted that.... The main problem was the water, it was dirty, with a color brown, we weren't able to wash our hands, teeth nor take a shower. So we slept and there a lot of noise in the morning for the people going in and out. I could have accepted everything but not the dirty water. We talked to management the next day (because the staff on duty weren't able to help) and they refunded the money but we paid a lot of money for another hotel. We checked out at 10 AM and stayed over 2 hours trying to find where to stay, thank God we found somewhere.

Great option for the airport.
The apartment was excellent, clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. I was surprised for what we got considering the very low price we paid. We got a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with living room and kitchen. I think we paid too little for it. The problem was with the water. It was yellow like pee. I asked the man in charge and he said they'd had a service interruption and when it came back, it came out that way. So, I don't know if we had bad luck. We couldn't take a shower. The rest was great. It was really close to the airport.

Good place for family
I enjoyed my staying at this apartment hotel, it is noisy, the wall is thin, you can hear people talking in the hallway and dragging the furniture the room above. The parking is inconvenient, you have to wait for staff to help you to open the gate each time you want to park or leave the place but staff is nice and do it very fast. Location is not so great, it is far away from La Villa. It is a good place family with children.

Clean and updated space. Booked last minute soon as I flew into Mexico City for an overnight layover. This is the type of place I'd book if I were staying for a few days, however the Wifi was terrible, kept losing signal, I believe they use the wifi at the front desk, so the signal is very poor. Huge downfall. Checking in and out was easy.

I was just looking for a comfy place to crash close to the airport because we had an early flight out. This worked fine, was nicely decorated and very clean and compact. You could stay here on business and function well. Ubers had a hard time finding it though, so maybe direction instructions would help.

Ya me había quedado ahí en varias ocasiones anteriormente y me gustaba, solo que esta vez ya se ve muy descuidado, la chapa de la puerta estaba suelta no nos quisieron cambiar de cuarto, nunca salió bien el agua caliente, ya no dan rollo ni artículos de jabón shampoo. Eso si el sr que nos atendió después que es el que normalmente esta cuando voy siempre es muy amable.

Todo tal cual se aprecia en fotos y descripción, fácil de encontrar y muy bien ubicado en la zona, además de con servicios, tiendas y restaurantes en cercanías. Solo mejoraría el acceso al edificio, puesto que no hay timbre con cámara o clave y se debe tocar para que abran, lo cual no tieme mucha lógica siendo una puerta de cristal automática, quiza podría ser una buena mejoría.
