The hotel was renovated recently, and the interior is very nice with a contemporary design. The room was a good size. The bathroom also was spacious and up-to-date in the fixtures. The bed was too soft for me. The coffeemaker was so-so. Otherwise very comfortable.

Perfect perfect location in Roma Norte. Hotel is safe, clean, and quiet. Walking distance to dozens of amazing bars and restaurants.

This felt more like a small boutique hotel. Has an inner courtyard. Simply but tastefully appointed. Some reviews said it was noisy, but we had no issues. However, we were not facing the street. The staff was always polite and helpful and was happy to speak to us in English. We did not utilize the restaurant or gym facility but had nice service with the Starbucks off the lobby, staffed by the hotel. Housekeeping was attentive and prompt, as in when we needed extra towels.

I reserved a transportation service the night before and next day an short and skinny guy did not check the quote I had already and he sent a wrong company, they charged me the double what I was quoted, I checked out and they called me later when I was at the airport that they forgot to charge me more charges related to my room (it was the same guy) besides that guy service the other things are ok, restaurant doesn’t have any Mexican food and the manu is super limited.

Well-situated and perfect for a work trip
Well-situated hotel with delightful and helpful staff and delicious food and drinks. The Sunday morning ... gathering? outside the hotel on the main street was loud - I needed earplugs. Thank goodness for the blackout curtains! And - I only left my room for an hour or so in the morning to get breakfast and left the "do not disturb" sign on, taking it off for at least 5+ hours both full days, but no one ever came to clean up/replenish coffee and water (the most important thing!). Staff were absolutely delightful when I told them and helped out immediately (in addition to advising on places to go locally during our short trip). Overall fantastic stay.

The staff were so nice, helpful, and kind. Every one of them! They are truly the best part of the hotel. Maria Jose, in particular, went out of her way to assist us. The hotel is on a busy street, so when you book a room, make sure it doesn't face the main street.

I liked the size and the design of the room. The coffee machine did not work and the bell boys that were standing in front of the hotel did not help me With my suitcase when I departed from my taxi and made my way to reception, nor from reception to my room.
