It was very well decorated and clean hotel close to the heart of the city. Staff was helpful, although the internet could use an upgrade because it was a bit slow. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Certainly seemed safe area and possible to walk to tourist attractions. 15 minute walk to a Metro station. Some decent cafés very close. Downside was the decor - over-cluttered communal areas. It was trying to be quirky, but just succeeded in being ridiculous. Didn’t help either I was on the 7th floor and one elevator was out of action some of the time. Even on the seventh floor, the street outside was a little noisy. I liked the security system.

The Black Hotel is a high concept property. The staff were quite pleasant and the restaurant etc looked nice, though we didn’t partake. The room was comfortable and clean, and we’ll maintained. I would have liked a coffee machine, and the hair dryer was not really effective.

This hotel was a decent hotel for the money. The room was cleaned and it was stocked with clean towels and toiletries. The hotel staff cleaned the room daily and replaced the towels. The area was decent, pharmacy was close to get a Covid test before international flights ($18), and a Walmart. The area also has a variety of restaurants and a 7/11 on the corner. Downside was the area had prostitution going on right across the street, with several “workers” doing their thing. There were also a number of police present. The area did not feel unsafe. The airport was about 25 minutes away and a $15 Uber ride. The was also a bus and train stop close to the hotel.

Habitación y ropa de cama limpia, buena ubicación en la ciudad, excelente desayuno incluido, concepto original e interesante.... lo único malo es que te prohíben introducir alimentos y bebidas a la habitación, que no sean del hotel y los precios de estos y las bebidas son altos.

When we arrived to check in the person was rude and the hotel seemed dirty. Of course our room wasn’t room we walked to get food and booked another hotel. We went back and got out luggage. I would never recommend this this place.

Es un hotel con un verdadero concepto para estar en muchas partes del mundo; nos encanta y volveremos: recomendamos que aseguren que todo su personal tenga la misma actitud; unas personas en ciertos horarios son muy amables otras no; mucho ruido por la construcción de al lado desde muy temprano, deberían exigir horarios para que no afecten a su clientela.

the way is decorated, but we noticed the floor needs some work my wife had a little accident by the carpet show in the picture, her ankle got twisted and she had a contraction

Thank you for your comments. The floor is part of the decoration. I can't see the picture your refering too. But accidents happened. Unfourtune is never under control. Happly is the only time in the three years we've had one. Therefore, I can asume that is not a mistake in the designe. My apologies and thanks for the 4 stars even with the incident. Nevertheless, we are changing every time and I will consider changing the floor by january. I hope you be back.
