Daniel at checkout was AMAZING. There was some delays in checking into our room but he accommodated us quickly and we were able to settle in nicely. Parking area is a bit small but having a large truck they still always had a parking spot for us. I recommend and when coming to visit family I know where we will be staying from now on!

Upon booking there was no notice the pool was under renovation. This was important since we were traveling with kids and temps were high. Reception clerk could have been nicer, we waited to be checked in for over 20 minutes when people who arrived after us were checked in first.

The parking lot looks very safe. The AC blows cold and the room was very clean. Staff was very slow, unresponsive during check in. Had to wait for 20mins to be checked in.
