Need a step stool to get in - it looked like two box springs where stacked, plus the mattress on top. I'm 5'2" and ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband who is 5'8" ended up sleeping on the floor."

"My room wasn't cleaned the first 5 days of my stay even though I asked Lizzie to have it cleaned once. Upon my room finally being cleaned, on the the 6th day of my 7 day stay, things went missing from my room and I had to file a police report for over 2 dozen missing credit cards. I advised the front desk of my missing items, they advised me that management is not in until 9am, it is now 1230pm and no one has reached out from the property. This was by far the worst stay I have had anywhere even before my property went missing. "
