This contemporary bioclimatic house surrounded by greenery was built in 2020. <br>It is located in a completely quiet setting. At the same time, it is not far from the beaches.<br>The spacious living room opens onto a 50m2 wooden terrace and a garden with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery.<br>Available year-round and also for long-term stays.<br>Fibre internet available for remote work.<br><br><br>The space-<br>The house is a bioclimatic structure that is well insulated. So even on hot summer days, it stays cool inside.<br><br>Both the living room and the bedroom open onto the south-facing garden through large sliding glass doors.<br>The bedroom measures 18m2 and is equipped with a queen-size bed, a dressing area, and offers a beautiful view of the garden. The bathroom is en suite, featuring a large mirror and an Italian-style shower.<br>The toilet is separate.<br><br>Upstairs, the two bedrooms share one bathroom with a bathtub.<br>The two single beds can be joined to form a king-size double bed.<br><br>On hot summer days, you’ll find plenty of shade under the trees in the garden, or you can cool off under the outdoor shower.<br><br>Other things to note:<br>The bike path is only 200 metres from the house and runs parallel to the main road, heading north and south through beautiful forests, fields, and farms.<br>The new (2024) garden shed is locked, but the covered area with furniture is, of course, available for your use.<br><br>The closest beach is only 3 km away, and not many people know about it. I’ll tell you all about it when you arrive.<br>The closest public beaches with lifeguards and designated swimming areas are in Messanges or Moliets, which you can reach in 7–10 minutes by car at most.<br><br>We have a partnership with a bike rental shop that delivers rental bikes right to the house for your convenience.<br><br>The villa is managed by Blue Door Agency, and property manager Phil is always happy to help and offer advice.
