Welcome to our 19th Hole! Golfer's Choice! AC, WiFi, W/D, BBQ, Big TVs, Garage
* Quiet, 3 bedroom, non-smoking home.
* Beautifully decorated Golfer's Retreat.
* Auto front door lock for simple, private, do it yourself entry.
* All TVs are equipped with Roku for local channels and streaming capabilities. There is a "how to" guide in our Welcome Binder to assist you in getting started, if needed.
* 75" LG Smart TV in main living area.
* 65" LG Smart TV in Primary bedroom with King bed.
* 55" LG Smart TV in 2nd bedroom with Queen bed.
* 55" LG Smart TV in 3rd bedroom with Queen bed.
* Streaming ability on all TV's.
* Fully stocked kitchen
* Keurig and regular coffee pot for coffee options.
* Guest managed AC/Heat w/ Nest thermostat.
* Free WIFI (network and password clearly posted in home).
* 2 car garage w/golf bag racks.
* Electric garage door. Opener on hook near front door.
* Pups allowed - max of 2 non-shedding/minimal shedding pups, 20lbs or less ONLY
