They addressed al our questions and request in the opening meeting, which meant we didn't need to constantly go to the management office to talk about problems with the property. We thought we would use the pool, but ultimately didn't. The pool was used by the children of other guests, so maybe if you have children this would be a good place for you. Thankfully when the key to the front door didn’t work we texted the husband of the hotel to open the door . He said that it was too far around 35-40 minutes so he would send his wife . Much later his wife showed up to open the door and give a key that worked .
The day we were to leave the wife showed up with something to sign . I noticed it showed less than what we paid on the first page She immediately attacked and yelled at me that it was correct . I confronted her with how disrespectful and unprofessional this experience was and how that’s not how to get clients to return . The worst travel experience… never again
