### La Villa Palmier - Piscine avec Grand Jardin

Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 190 m² house with swimming pool for rent, close to the sea in Meschers-sur-Gironde. It can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a 600 m² garden with terrace and pool. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
  
First floor:  
\- 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area   
\- Kitchen with dining area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)   
\- A shower room (with shower and double basin) and adjoining utility room  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor :  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 4: children's bedroom, bunk bed (sleeps two) and 1 single bed (90x190)  
\- Bedroom 5: children's bedroom, bunk bed (sleeps two) and 1 single bed (90x190)  
\- Bathroom (with bathtub)  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

\- A 8.5×4.2 m² swimming pool (private and heated) open from May 1 to September 30, secured by a bar cover.  
\- 600 m² enclosed garden, south-west facing.  
\- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Meschers-sur-Gironde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from the immediate proximity of all essential stores, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to make the most of your stay.

\- Cercle Nautique des Meschers (sailing school): kayak and paddle rentals, approx. 5 min (1.6 km) away by car.  
\- Family fun park approx. 4 min (1.5 km) by car (bowling, billiards, games, trampoline park, climbing wall, go-karting).  
\- The famous little Nonnes beach with restaurant and beach bar for aperitifs with your feet in the sand.   
\- Troglodyte sites: Matata and Regulus caves  
\- Talmont-sur-Gironde: one of France's most beautiful villages, about 8 min (5.7 km) away by car.  
\- Water sports, kitesurfing, jet skiing and boat rental available in Royan, approx. 20 min (15 km) by car  
\- Royan golf course, approx. 23 min (20.6 km) by car  
\- La Palmyre Zoo approx. 29 min (27.3 km) by car  
\- Nearby sites: Cognac (61.3 km), Bordeaux (112 km), Ile d'Oléron (66 km), La Rochelle (82.8 km)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 4 vehicles).

\- Nearest airport: La Rochelle - île de Ré airport, approx. 1 hr 23 min (89.4 km) by car.
