Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Recently renovated, early 1900s, cottage on 10 acres. Relax or explore the forest, fields, creek, and wildlife on the grounds. The Cottage is located minutes from Powderhorn Resort, where you can ski or mountain bike. A few more minutes and you are on top of the Grand Mesa (largest Mesa in the world), where it boasts more than 1000 lakes and many trails! 20 minutes in the other direction and you are in beautiful Palisade, CO.

Please make sure the hot tub cover is closed. Please confirm grill is off and the propane tank is closed. If you used the fire-pit, please double check there are no embers left burning.
Please set all thermostats to 70
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
