"We liked the property a lot. Very unique, coffee shop and Starlight theater, food & drink close by. we had 4 nihts in the bunkhouse room. It was the only drawback, bunkbed-too firm, sleeper sofa too soft, shared bath out of room a little inconvenient. Despite that would definitely stay there again, but in a different room."

"We visited in April of 2023 and loved every minute of our stay. We were very fortunate to be able to add a night at the end of our trip so we could stay for one more night! This is an amazing property to enjoy quiet solitude, the peace of nature all around you and at the same time be just a short drive from Lajitas and Terlingua and a 30-40 minute drive to the entrance of Big Bend National Park. It is super easy to access, right off the highway but road noise is not a problem at all. The property is beautifully designed and very clean! While there are only two single beds in the Air Stream, they are very comfortable and we slept great. The bathhouse is roomy with an indoor and outdoor shower, such a treat after returning from hiking in the park. We spent the majority of the time in the outdoor space; relaxing, grilling, bird watching, enjoying sunrises and sunsets, and the stars are absolutely brilliant! Even in the heat of the afternoon there always seemed to be a breeze to keep us cool while relaxing. Lots of people ride motorcycles in the area so for those of you thinking about riding I will add this: we trailered ours and there was plenty of room to load/unload the bikes and leave the trailer in front. We were able to park both bikes and our trunk in the shade of the cover next the airstream. We would absolutely book this property again in the future!"
