"Everything was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Being able to enter the hotel via card key through doors near the room was nice. It was also nice to see security patrolling the grounds, especially at night in the parking lot. Overall our experience was great! We would certainly book a room there again. "

"Room was very clean and Brandon at the front desk was very accommodating. I was concerned about the thin walls I had seen mentioned in other reviews. The room next to our room we were able to hear people talking but once it became around 11 pm, everything was quite. Breakfast was average, nothing special but at least they offered one. If ever back in Mesa, would definitely stay there again."

"Room was clean, shower was great, bed super comfortable, neither too hot nor too cold, pillows had nice variety, so I use use the stiff-kind of pillow I prefer. Bistro was really good food – highly recommend the hamburger, bacon, espresso! Woman managing the bistro was friendly, and quick in taking & preparing orders – truly a top-notch hotel!"

"The stay was great. The lady during check in was very nice and the fastest check in time I have ever experienced. The room I had was very spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, close to nearby grocery stores Safeway and H Mart, close to the Metro Rail. When my travel plans call me back to the Phoenix area I will look to return and stay at American Executive Inn."
