This easily accessible 120 m² villa with 20 m² shaded terrace, on 2500 m² of land, heated swimming pool, secure and covered by an electric shutter all year round (heat pump) of 8 x 4.5 with Gazebo and deckchairs on the terrace welcomes you to the sound of cicadas to satisfy you. A summer kitchen will allow you to extend your sunny days, after discovering the many and different surrounding sites or hiking on the "GR" from the villa in the Lubéron Regional Park, with evenings in music "Bluetooth speaker by the pool, feet in the water, accompanied by a chilled rosé around a barbecue/gas plancha available. Mérindol, a small but quite lovely little town is walking distance. Includes some historical landmarks. And welcoming tenants of cafes, restaurants and local convenience shops. Easy access to Cavaillon, Lourmarin, St Remy de Provence... But it is also difficult to think of anything else than to enjoy the Rouilles’ house, shaded garden, outdoors kitchen and very spacious pool and pool deck. The couple took the time to introduce us to their property, information on the surroundings, and took the time for an apero de bienvenue. We discovered a very well equipped kitchen, many toys, games and pool equipment for the kids, comfortable living/media room, restful bedrooms with air-co units when needed. Un verre de l'amitié et un panier garni nous attendaient avec les propriétaires. Rapidement, ils nous ont mis à l'aise et nous étions enfin en vacances !
