Walking Distance to everything! Newly renovated from the ground up to the 3rd floor rooftop deck. 4 blocks back from the Malecon and on the edge of Centro and Ismael Garcia. Private pool to refresh on those hot Yucatan days. Private terrace off the master bedroom and 2nd floor covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors even when it rains. Washing machine. Plenty of on street parking. 2 Bedrooms, both with en suite. Half bath downstairs for guests. AC in both bedrooms. Futon in master bedroom for extra guests, and lots of hammock hooks to relax in.
