  • Discover your perfect getaway at our modern and thoughtfully decorated apartment located in the desirable northeast area of ​​Merida, Yucatan. This elegant retreat features an exquisite private terrace and private pool, providing the ultimate in relaxation and luxury.

    Strategically located for the best of Merida, just steps away are the Faro del Mayab Muguerza Hospital, La Isla, Plaza Altabrisa, and endless dining and entertainment options.
    • DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.

    • Responsible electricity use:
    We ask you to use air conditioning reasonably: please turn units off when you`re not in the apartment or bedroom. It helps us protect the environment and keep costs fair for everyone
    Your stay includes a fair use policy of 40 kWh per day. If registered consumption exceeds this limit, you will be charged the difference according to current electricity rates
