### Apartment Palma Comfort in Downtow, Pool

Enjoy the comfort of this quiet and central apartment, with a pool and large gardens, located in Chembech, just 10 blocks from the main square. It has a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom. 45 m2 of comfort. Find all kinds of commerce around, as well as parks, flea markets, snacks and more. Mi Amado Chemby is a space with six apartments at the back of an old Chembech mansion, in the center of the city.  
The apartment is located on the upper floor, in a new construction and with all the comforts of a modern apartment.  
To access the property, you will pass by a historic house that is in the front. You will be surrounded by dozens of trees from the region such as Chaká, Zapote, Ramón and ciricote, among others.
