We left it immediately. The former guests destroyed doors, the wall and they broke items, peed on the couch, so it smelled like urine. The bedsheet was used. The appartement wasn't clean, dusk everywhere.

Teleurstellende ervaring

Geen warm water in keuken, hele vakantie water in pannen moeten koken om af te kunnen wassen. Water in badkamer wordt pas na 10 minuten warm. Geen ligstoelen, maar goedkope zitstoelen in de tuin. Doorgezakt bankje in de kamer, slecht bed, pannen zonder juiste deksels, 2 kleine koekenpannen met beschadigde teflonlaag. Router valt steeds uit, waardoor verbinding wegvalt. Enige pluspunt is de grote omheinde tuin voor de hond, Communicatie lastig met plaatselijke Interhome en Italiaanse eigenares.

Total veraltete Wohnungseinrichtung, feuchte Wohnung, undichte Fenster, kein heißes Wasser (erst nach ca.15min), WLAN mangelhaft, nicht besonders sauber, sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck. Stechmücken ohne Ende und keinerlei Schnakennetze. 1x und nie wieder. Einziger Pluspunkt war der Garten den unser Hund geliebt hat.

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis völlig in Ordnung, die Besitzerin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings habe ich total gefroren (im Mai), da die Wohnung vor allem der Boden unglaublich kalt war. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und auch das Bett war bequem.

Bewertung der Ferienunterkunft

Das Wasser wurde leider nur lauwarm, zum Spülen somit ungeeignet. Am vierten Tag hatten wir einen Haufen Ameisen in der Küche. Wer nicht gut zu Fuss unterwegs ist, ist mit der Lage der Ferienunterkunft mit Sicherheit nicht zufrieden.

Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Auto konnten wir sicher auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Den schönen Außenbereich mit der Ruhe und der schönen Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man reparieren könnte, Nachtischlampe, Licht am Badschrank und der Duschkopf spritzt (leider sprechen wir kaum Italienisch) Für den Mietpreis gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Heizung nicht eingeschaltet. Warmwasser in der Dusche und am Waschbecken erst nach etwa 15 Minuten Vorlauf. In der Küche nur lauwarmes Wasser. Zum Spülen muss Wasser auf Herd aufgesetzt werden. Deckenbeleuchtung im Wohnzimmer nur 2 von 4 Glühbirnen geringster Stärke aktiv. Beleuchtung am Alibert defekt. Geschirr ohne Essteller. Kaum Besteck. Extremer Schimmel im Bad. Positiv: Grosses eingezäuntes Grundstück , ideal für unseren Hund. Auto kann diebstahlgeschützt im Hof geparkt werden.
