Winnipesaukee House and Guest House Sleeping 8

  • 3 bedroom ranch-style home plus guest house situated on Lake Winnipesaukee with a nice sandy beach, dock for up to a 26 foot boat and swim raft for lazing on a hot summer day and working on your tan. The main house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, and a screen porch facing the water. There are split A/C units in the living area as well as all 3 bedrooms. The guest house offers a queen bed, kitchenette and 3/4 bath. The guest house has a wall A/C unit. This is the perfect spot for reconnecting with your loved ones while enjoying everything Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer. Enjoy your meals cooked on either the gas or charcoal grill. All grilling must be done on the driveway, not on the deck or near the house or garage. Challenge your mates to a rousing game of horse-shoes or ping pong. Back inside, you can play a game of foosball. Grab the canoe and paddle the shoreline or maybe even catch dinner. Water source to the house is from the lake. Tenants must use bottled water for consumption. The fireplace is off limits and not to be used.
    LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great for our family of 7. There was a little beach and paddle boat that my grandsons totally enjoyed. Property was in good condition and the home was clean and had all amenities needed. The house did have a musty smell I would definitely recommend a dehumidifier for both the main house and the guest house to remove the smell. Location was perfect close to grocery store, restaurants, and things for the kids. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Great house and location - Enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good place to stay, good location, clean and in good shape.Lots of pluses such as the kitchen is well stocked, great deck, porch, lower deck, dock and float. Sitting area was ample for six people, TV was excellent. We appreciated the paper products, dish soap, trash bags, etc. The property was a little outdated in some areas. Concerns would be the half bath which is extremely small. Hot water was a challenge at times with showers, laundry, and dishwasher. However, the Rental agents were available and helpful to address the concern.It was a great two weeks! Thank you!
