Quaint and peaceful family heirloom pond cottage filled with nods to history. Bring your family to this serene location for kayaking, canoeing and taking in nature at it's finest.   
This charming property has two bedrooms and an open study area with a twin bed, perfect for children to enjoy their own space in this unique home. The primary bedroom invites you to look out the sliding glass doors and take in views of the pond and the natural world encasing it. Step onto the deck to take in the fresh forest air that surrounds you. An attached ensuite allows guests maximum privacy.  
The homey second bedroom offers a double bed right off the warm and restful living room. The nostalgic living room showcases antiques and space to connect with friends and family. Adjacent is a 3 season screened in porch and another opportunity to take in pond views and scenery that border this special retreat. A kitchen equipped with anything you may need is nestled in the center of the home.  
Don't forget your kayaks and canoes, as you won't have a worry in the world as you spend time on the water, as no boats with motors are allowed to interrupt the peace on Randlett Pond.  
Hidden away in secluded nature that many are not fortunate enough to experience, this property also boasts proximity to area attractions including restaurants, grocery stores, area attractions, and more!
