We had a few minor hiccups in the beginning, but Ronan was quick to respond and they were easily resolved. The lake access was also a nice option for a quick swim after dinner. The location was perfect for getting to both Meredith and Laconia. ##### Terri F. While not directly on the lake, it has lake access via a small beach, good for swimming and putting in kayaks, floaties, and canoes. The house, up a small hill, is secluded and private from most other houses. It is very comfortable, a good size, with comfortable beds, decent linens, and a full kitchen.
