"This hotel is nice and the staff are lovely. I ate breakfast one morning and didn’t the rest of my time. I wasn’t bad, at all, just small for a continental breakfast. I understand, however, that with food there is a significant cost increase. Be sure you understand, it is an older inn and the walls are thin and the floor is creaky. If you know this going in, you’ll be fine. Bed was LOVELY, staff were LOVELY, the town is LOVELY. My wish list would be a more expansive breakfast. All in all, wonderful place."

"Rooms were not cleaned all the way the air conditioner unit was stuck on cold. This swimming pool was warm, but the pool area was freezing, but overall good deal through Hotels.com when we were in need of a place to stay for a couple nights."

"Only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because the pool was closed. Wish that was disclosed prior to booking the room, kids were disappointed. Staff was great. Breakfast staff was the nicest I have experienced in quite a while. Even though the pancake maker wasnt working the staff came to our table and offered to make them for us in the back on the stove. Super great staff at this hotel."
