This house was built by Judge S. Mehard utilizing part of the foundation of his parents house that burned down a few years prior. Located in the center of Historic Mercer Pa on the cross roads of I80 and I79\. Convenient to Grove City outlet Mall. Try golfing at several local courses or fly fish the Neshannock which is a PA Keystone select creek. You will also find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your taste. Available for weddings (inquire) The space We kept the house as historic/original as possible. It was retrofitted with central air and updated electric and radiant heat Guest access There is a large adjoining parking lot next to the Manor with plenty of room for a horse trailer (overnight fenced horse pasturing is available) boat or if you happen to be moving cross country with a box truck ## Property amenities ### Internet -
