Our stay at the hotel proved to be a profound disappointment, as the room allocated to us lacked functional vanity lights, a hair dryer, and a mini-fridge, despite the amenities advertised on Expedia by Days Inn. Despite our persistent requests over two days for the promised facilities, the lady at the counter on the second night not only flatly refused to provide a simple hair dryer but also exhibited an unprofessional attitude, dismissively stating to accept the denial and move on.
Frustrated with the situation, we resorted to contacting Expedia to file a complaint, an arduous process that consumed considerable time. Only after this intervention did the uncooperative staff reluctantly provide a hair dryer, blatantly contradicting their earlier claims of inability. The overall experience was marred by a dimly lit bathroom, the absence of a mini-fridge, and the unmet expectations set by the advertised amenities.
Despite our reasonable request to be relocated to another room, the unaccommodating attitude of the staff, particularly the lady at the counter, prevailed, making this stay our worst hotel experience to date.
