The windows were thin, I could hear people walking outside my room. People partied until 4am, got no sleep both nights I was there.

When we arrived the woman at the desk was warm and welcoming, not so much for the woman when we left. The bed was very comfortable, but the room is deceivingly small and the bedding and carpet was stained. The tub spout was broken and made turning the shower on and off very hard, the bathroom fan was also broken so that made the small bathroom almost impossible to be in with the water running for more than a couple minutes before feeling like you were going to pass out. It's close to a train track although the noise didn't bother us too much. The general setup of the room was weird, normally everything is out in the open, towels and toiletries by the sink and in the restroom near the tub, the towels were on a shelf under the sink and the hand soap was sitting on a hand towel on the edge of the tub. They did have large dispensers of shampoo and body soap mounted by the tub, no conditioner, and the shampoo smelled nice, but was overpoweringly floral that we couldn't use it. There is no microwave in the room either, so we could not heat up food we had brought with us. The staircase to the second floor was a bit scary as well, you could see it was cracked all around the bolts. We only stayed one night so it wasn't awful, but I wouldn't book again for multiple nights unless they lowered the price a bit and put a microwave in the room.

The property was very well kept. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. However, there was a surprise $200 CASH deposit required before check in, which I found unusual and quite inconvenient as I do not typically carry around that amount of money. There was no indication of such when I booked and paid for the room online. The night clerk was condescending and rude, but as it was late and I was exhausted I found an ATM and produced the very unreasonable deposit. Although the facilities were great, I will NEVER stay there again

The staff was amazing! However, the area was a little dark. Our room faced several large trash bins. Also, the WIFI did not work and we were required to pay an extra $50.00 deposit at check in.

• Area Right along the hwy 99 and was in an under desirable area to spend the night. There were at least two substance users hollering at the world and a couple more bums wandering around the facility. • Room Dirty carpet. Very small. Not enough area to put things. • Amenities (for a room for two) Two bath towels One dirty wash cloth. Its center of as stained brown. - Never used see it One hand towel All the towels were old and worn down. • Safety A film of dried cleansing solution must have been present on the surface of the bath tub. Turned on the shower for a while and when it became wet, it made the bottom of the tub slippery. I stepped in it and fell hard in the shower. It was very painful. I wasn’t expecting a Ritz-Carlton, but this place shouldn’t be in business.

The first room i was given had the door widenopen and looked like someone had been in there. I went to the front deak and let them know. They actually asked me, "are you sure you didn't use the room?" I was then given another room. This room wouldnt open. Finally they gave me another room. Then all night lng there was another guest yelling and fighting woth thier paretner. Wjen i called thenfront desk they said they would handle it and didnt. It was so late and i was only there for the night so i stuck it out but would NEVER say there again.

Staff was better this time around first time very rude and confrontational. Stayed here because it’s close to family but rather take the extra drive for something better. The room we got had roaches and was not clean to its full potential… was not cleaned completely, probably the reason they have roaches!

Our stay at the hotel proved to be a profound disappointment, as the room allocated to us lacked functional vanity lights, a hair dryer, and a mini-fridge, despite the amenities advertised on Expedia by Days Inn. Despite our persistent requests over two days for the promised facilities, the lady at the counter on the second night not only flatly refused to provide a simple hair dryer but also exhibited an unprofessional attitude, dismissively stating to accept the denial and move on. Frustrated with the situation, we resorted to contacting Expedia to file a complaint, an arduous process that consumed considerable time. Only after this intervention did the uncooperative staff reluctantly provide a hair dryer, blatantly contradicting their earlier claims of inability. The overall experience was marred by a dimly lit bathroom, the absence of a mini-fridge, and the unmet expectations set by the advertised amenities. Despite our reasonable request to be relocated to another room, the unaccommodating attitude of the staff, particularly the lady at the counter, prevailed, making this stay our worst hotel experience to date.

Unexpected situation, key not working
Customer service was amazing both checking in and checking out, unfortunately my key card stop working in the morning when i came out to have breakfast. The two employees did a fantastic job trying to get the door open with some type of device, the female employee was able to get it open. This situation was very stressful, again those two employees did a fantastic job. Unfortunately i travel five hours for a morning appointment that was effective because of this situation

Horrible!!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!
For context, my family was having a funeral service at the Merced Fairgrounds. Other members of my family also reserved rooms here and we all thought it was relatively priced and nearby. To our surprise, the room that we booked wasn't cleaned at all and the front desk said that housekeeping only cleans the rooms every 3-4 days. They don't clean them daily. We just had to sleep in someone's filth since they weren't willing to do anything about it. Then on top of that, the rooms that my family had booked wouldn't open, as if they were jammed. Mind you this is around 3 am in the morning and we needed to rest before returning back to the service for more traditional customs. I will never stay here ever again. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!

The location was easy to access and clean. Morning staff was very nice. When we got to our room we found that the TV wasn't working correctly, notified reception; repair person didn't show. The door to our room didn't close without multiple attempts.

Good value for the price. The carpets could use a cleaning. There was only one towel and one washcloth, and there were three of us in the room. There was no plug for the bathtub-huge disappointment for the grandkids. I asked at the front desk and the lady said she would let the maid know. The maid removed the existing soiled towel and wash cloth and left us one set again. She did not empty the overflowing garbage cans nor make the beds. My 5 year old granddaughter in all her wisdom summed up the towel issue with "Grandma, what do they expect if two people take a shower at the same time? Only one could dry off while the other would have to just walk away and shake off like a dog!"

The room was VERY small but it was clean. Our tv did not work and they did nothing about it. Also they only give two towels per room and will not give a third towel even when you book for three people.
