Mix aus alt & neu - sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Ausblick auf Weinreben und ähnlich geschichtsträchtiges Gebäude. Großer Balkon. Parkplatz auf Grundstück Küche komplett ausgestattet. Perfekte Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr um entspannt zu den Einstiegen der unzähligen Wandertouren zu gelangen. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Cons: Für die Lage gibt es einen Stern Abzug, da bei offenem Fenster der Strassenverkehr zu hören ist. Dafür hat man den Vorteil der Anbindung kann die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichen. Sind die Fenster geschlossen ist alles ruhig. ---
