Nice stay. Stayed 12/30/2023 -1/1/2024. Arrived and HVAC was set to a toasty 80F. Even though a small sqft I figured with all the glass windows, better leave it set and see. Glad I did. Temp dipped down at night and still got chilled. Didn’t find electric heater in closet until last day, that would’ve helped. There was extra blankets and pillows. There is a photo on listing which led me to believe the cottage was on a cliff, it is not. Actually cottage was more comfortable than the photos allude to, however I found the decor a bit cluttered. There was no place to comfortably play cards or board games. Instructions were outdated with trash removal and TV remote. DVD player didn’t work, tray would not open. Didn’t see any information about coin laundry availability which would have been nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ritz B. It was perfect for 2 adults. It was just as the pictures on VRBO show, amazing views from all rooms, very comfortable and cozy. We met our neighbors staying in Ritz A and spent an entire evening watching the gorgeous sunset and night sky and enjoying good company. We will definitely go back.
