Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. There is no public transportation, so bringing your own vehicle or renting one is preferred. While Uber and Lyft are available, getting a ride may not always be easy. ➤ Two other tiny homes share the property, each designed for privacy, and the entire farm or all three homes can be rented together upon request. ➤ PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS AN ACTIVE FARM. The owner lives and works on the property. Our farm dog, Maggie, is extremely friendly but may bark at cars and guests initially and then she wants to be your and your dog\`s best friend. She will not harm you in any way, and if her presence ever becomes an issue, the owner is happy to keep her inside. ➤ Blueberry Season is from mid-June to late August. During this time, the blueberry bushes are open to the public for our U-pick season. The cottages are separate from the bushes, but please be aware of this if you are coming during blueberry season. ➤ During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, landscaping takes place on Thursday mornings and afternoons. This includes mowing, weed eating, and blowing around the houses. ➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay. ➤ Pets allowed (NO pets in the loft areas please) with $50 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 60 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. The space is used well and I loved the butterfly theme. The furnishings are cute and everything you need is provided.The hot tub is also nice and relaxing with a cover in case of rain. The room is perfect for a couple and the loft is perfect for a coupe of kids. I would definitely recommend this tiny house! ##### Tanya H. I had never played foosball so I loved the competition. It was quiet as we were the only 2 in there. Would recommend some different pillows. While the memory foam pillows appear to be comfy, they are not comfy if you have a short neck. Possible alternative pillows would be great. I wanted to use the pull out sofa but didn't find any additional linens. Also, there was not enough toilet paper in either of the cabins we rented. We had to go purchase some at the Dollar Tree. There were a few hiccups, but overall we enjoyed the Butterfly House. Minor Hiccups included: I would put a label at the black water heater switch, so no one turns it off. We were missing a fire pit on the lower area near the creek. We could never find the book about your place and things to do and the tv kept turning itself on at 4 in the morning. ##### Brian P.
