Villa Mar Son Bou is an attractive 4 bedroom villa set in the lovely resort of Son Bou. The stunning Son Bou beach is just 5 minutes' drive away and just over a 20 minute walk. The centre of Son Bou is a 15 minute walk with local bars and a choice of restaurants and amenities for you to enjoy. The villa offers fantastic sea views from the terrace as well as open countryside vistas, where you can enjoy amazing sunsets each evening. WiFi, air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and a cold air ducted system in the bedrooms are included.  

Villa Mar Son Bou has a wonderful position, set in the lovely area of Torre Soli, within easy reach of the picturesque Son Bou beach and the centre of Son Bou. Just over 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive away you will find the beautiful sand dunes, long golden sandy beach and sparkling Mediterranean Sea. Its ideally placed for all the amenities of Son Bou including a host of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. If you fancy a trip further afield, hop in the car and drive to the historic harbour town of Ciutadella with its cobbled streets, beautiful and impressive architecture, it's well worth a visit.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
