Simply fantastic
The villa exceeded our expectations. Private, secure and spacious, it had everything you could want. We loved the pool and garden and the terrace was a highlight. Good location for mini mart, restaurants and beach. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great base for family and friends
Very equipped villa. Loved sitting on the shady terrace for drinks and meals throughout the day and night. Great air conditioning. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms (only one bath). Nice, quiet neighbourhood. Didn't realise there would be so many baby things to use (we packed a lot and it was unnecessary!) So good to have a potty, nursing armchair and a sleepyhead day bed. Beach busy and a bit dirty since the storm but nice to visit. Tourist mini train was fun for a trip. Binibeca close by but very small. A very chilled week with everything we needed. Thanks!

Family holiday
Our holiday was spectacular. The property was as described but even better. The location was the best with literally a less than ten minute walk to a fabulous beach/bay (steps were hard work for my nearly 80 yr old mother and 2 year old nephew with buggy down to the beach,). If you needed to go around the steps then it was a longer walk. The local restaurants and supermarket were also just a few minutes walk and provided everything you would need including snorkels that came in soo handy. The house has everything needed and felt like a home from home but better. I would come back in an instant. Air conditioning fabulous. Washing machine a real bonus, ample fridge/freezer space. Pool was simply a life saver and soo much fun, fantastic. Mosquitos a real problem!! Buy some repellent, we were ravaged and they were nasty! Can’t wait to return

Tip top villa
This was our second visit to this villa and , again, it lived up to all our expectations. The villa was beautifully furnished and equipped. The beds were very comfortable and as there were only 4 of us, we had a toilet/ shower room each! The grounds and pool had been refurbished since last year ( although they were very nice last year!). We certainly hope to return!

Fantastic Villa
The villa is in an excellent location situated between Binibeca and Cala Torret. Some very nice restaurants a short walk away and close to an amazing beach. The villa is Villa furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need provided. The pool was spotlessly clean and cleaned twice during our stay. This was the highlight for our granddaughter ! Owners really responsive with info on nearby area as well as with minor issue we experienced. You could not choose a better place on this beautiful island !

Wonderful Holiday
The villa was wonderful. Huge, with plenty of space for everyone. Really clean and so well equipped with everything you could ever need! The pool again was really clean and cleaned while we were there. Our two grandchildren spent most of their holiday in the pool, learning to swim and even dive! Nice strolls into little towns both ways. Lovely bakery in Cala Torret and great food at Paula. The swimming at Sa Olla not to be missed. Thousands of fish and crystal clear water. Binibequa is lovely too, with more restaurants and cocktail bars. We were a party ranging from 2 to 72 and we had a wonderful holiday at La Palmera. We will be back. Thanks

Fantastic stay
We had a great stay at this villa. It was so well equipped with everything you could need and extremely clean- the ONLY suggestion would be some plastic cups for by the pool as we had children with us, but all in all a fantastic stay and would definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely Wonderful
Sa Palmera Villa is so very special. We have stayed in previous villas which just felt like holiday homes but this one has a warm welcome feeling. The hosts (Rosalia & Alex) are just wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, they really do care that you have a lovely stay and holiday. The villa was so very clean and well equipped and comfortable. The photos do not do it justice - it is even better - as is the seaview. Location/area is so well manicured and quiet. It is a very short work into Cala Torret and the restaurants are very good and little supermarket is good too for the basics. The bus service to Mahon and back are not over frequent each day but if you plan then it is fine. It is also a reasonably short walk into binibequer for more restaurants and supermarkets. The beach (5 min walk at most from villa) is just lovely. soft white powder sand with a "carribean" feeling beach bar. We intend to book again for next year. Thank you Rosalia & Alex for a wonderful, special holiday.

Awesome Holiday!
Lovely villa, great location, everythi you could ever need for an amazing holiday. On our last night we listened to the live music from Papua on the roof terrace while the sun went down which was a stunning way to end the holiday. Hosts were great, responsive and offering great advice mid holiday of places to visit. Thanks for having is Sa Palmera!

Exceptional villa
You can tell this is a well loved family villa. It’s fabulously equipped and the indoor and outdoor areas are perfect for every time of day. So much is in walking distance, especially the beach, although if you’re going in the Spanish summer holidays you’ll need to get there early. There’s a great beach bar there for an evening drink or lunch if you’re there in the daytime. Rosalia was very responsive and we even got a personal call from the owner of the villa asking how things were and suggesting places to go. I can highly recommend a stay here.

We couldn’t recommend this villa more - it was fantastic. The photos don’t do it justice. We were a family of 5 adults and one baby staying and the villa has everything you need and more. The rooms are spacious, the living area is well equipped and the whole place is relaxing and very clean. The pool, garden, veranda and roof terrace meant there’s lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful views and sunshine. Rosalia was a fantastic host, communication was quick and very easy. My husband lost his wedding ring and the gardener found it and it’s been posted back to us in the UK. There were even multiple bottles of wine, sangria and water as a welcome when we arrived - so very kind and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rosalia for your beautiful place and top class hospitality as owner. It was a home away from home.

A great family trip
We had a great time is this very well appointed Villa. Very nice modern villa well looked after and well serviced. This was the first whole family holiday and was so easy to book, Speak to the owner. Location was great. All round we are a happy family. And would happily recommend this property to anyone . Tank you.

Fantastic family villa
Lovely villa, spotlessly clean and well maintained! We were a party of 11 consisting of 6 adults , 2 children, 2 two year olds and a 4 month old baby 😱!! It catered really well to all of us . Great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and a beach x Would definitely recommend and only minor comment would be the garden loungers need updating .

Super location, spacious, well equipped accommodation, very good administration and information. Only negative was that we all got bitten by insects a lot. It Improved when we took more precautions but a warning to be well prepared would have avoided a lot of itching!

Fantastic Place to Relax and Enjoy Life
We have just had 10 days at this wonderful property. Great restaurants are within walking distance as is the sea. Transportation is a short walk away with services to Mahon. Nothing appears to be to much trouble for the owners no matter how small the problem. They want you to enjoy your stay. Nine of us stayed at the villa all adults celebrating my wife's 60th birthday, and everyone commented what a wonderful villa it was everyone would return in a heartbeat.. One special point is a hedge that runs alongside the pool, for 5 days we were treated to a display of hundreds of colourful butterflies . I personally have never seen so many in one place. Beautiful, well equipped villa with stunning views
Booking was easy and all enquiries were responded to quickly. Villa and pool were spotless and house was fully equipped and very spacious. Location was perfect being 20 mins from airport, very close to beach and very good restaurants within walking distance. View from roof terrace was breathtaking. We feel that our 10 day holiday felt more like a three week break and was totally relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would book again. Thank you Alex and Rosalia

A beautiful home from home
Our party of 6 age range 16 - 66 had a lovely stay at this well equipped very clean villa from 27th July for one week - it is spacious and airy and the air con. is a real asset. Situated in a peaceful location with easy access to the local amenities and restaurants - Rosalia and Alex the owners are conscientious and easily contactable and gave some great advice about local sights and places to eat. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future.

Lovely relaxing holiday
The villa was clean and well equipped. Bed in the main bedroom was probably the most comfortable we've had at any villa holiday...beautiful views from the roof terrace, lovely, clean and peaceful area (apart from a couple of days when the neighbours decided to take to their garden with a hedge trimmer) Walking distance to everywhere, and a road train if you wanted to go further afield...local supermarket was as you'd expect and saw us through the week for breakfast, drinks and snacks etc no problem.Thought the local restaurants were reasonably priced, so ate out 6/7 of the nights...Solitro's was one of our favourites! Decent Wifi was an absolute necessity for us as husband unfortunately has to work and he had no problems with that at all. All in all a great week's stay and would definitely recommend for a party of 6-8 people

Absolutely fantastic!
We had the most wonderful week at this lovely villa. Everything was there for us. We did find that, being early the season (April 7-14) the amenities were not open eg: the bar on the beach and the supermarkets within walking distance . After we had hired a car shopping was not a problem. A lovely bar and gift shop was open in the fishing village about 15-20minutes walk away and we visited there most days. Being early the year (we were celebrating a special birthday) the weather could have been better and the the pool was cold but that did not stop the 5 children taking a dip any possible moment they had. Rosalia could not have been more helpful and caring, even to the point of posting back two favourite soft toys which had been inadvertently left behind. The area is lovely and as a family of 10 we had the best time ever! Would definitely recommend this property.

Well-appointed, comfortable villa
We were very happy in Sa Palmera which became 'home' for one week. Great swimming pool, convenient kitchen and amenities, lovely gardens, clean out and in. We had no real complaints, just a few niggles: the master bedroom en suite had no shower screen, the bed head there as well as in another room were loose, some doors were squeaky when going to the bathroom at night, and we could not find the folding chairs to take to the beach. The instructions and tips were generally clear and helpful but it would have been useful to have a tip where to dispose of the rubbish. We would thoroughly recommend this villa however, as it is very conveniently situated and is very easy to live in.

Wonderful Propery in a great location! Owners very attentive!
We have just returned from a fabulous week in villa Sal Palmeria. The property is of a good size with plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds. The pool is fantastic and was cleaned during our stay, it is not shallow though so kids had to keep arm bands on, which was fine. The property is 5-10 minute walk down some steep steps to the nearest shop, which stocked everything we needed for a weeks stay. Near to the shop there are other restaurants which overlook the sea, we ate there and the food and service was brilliant - I would recommend you book these though the day before as I can imagine in peak season they get busy. There is also a café which in the mornings is a bakery, but the shop does fresh croissants/pastries on site aswell. The beach was also 5 - 10 minutes down another set of steps. It is a lovely small bay with brolleys and sun lounges to hire for 18 euros for the day. Or there is room just to go on the sand, it does get very busy though. There is a beach café which does sit down meals or take aways until 4pm. After that until sunset it is drinks only. We borrowed some snorkels and flippers which were at the villa, there are lots of fish to keep you entertained! At the entrance to the beach is a pizza van - this was fab! We got take - aways from here on our first and last night very tatsy. Walking towards the old town of Binibeca there is another small shop and a couple of restaurants. We ate at the Smugglers Inn which was good and very friendly and air-conditioned, which was lovely! If you then continue to walk you reach the told town of Binibeca (probably about a 30 min walk from the villa). This is worth a visit, there is another shop and more restaurants and cafes. Here you can hire a car also. There is a restaurant with a pool which was good for the kids. I messaged the owners Rosalia & Alex several times and always had a quick reply. I would recommend this villa and hope to return!

Well Equipped
A lovely stay with son and family of 3 young boys. The villa was extremely well equipped, and having beach towels provided was a real bonus. A Good location to the beach. Lovely seating areas, although with the 2 yr old we had to cordon off the outside steps to the roof terrace. Comfortable beds and spacious living areas. Would certainly return to this Villa. Rosalie was very helpful.

A beautiful & modern villa in a great location, ideal for a large group or family
We had a fantastic holiday in Minorca, the villa was perfect for the eight of us. We couldn't find fault with any of it, it was clean, smart & very well maintained. It could have easily slept ten people within the bedrooms. There is a lot of external space to eat, sun beds, pool & terraces with beautiful views of the sea & surrounding area's. Our 3 year old daughter came too, we just had to be careful around the pool area. As with a lot of the villa's the railings to the verandas & terraces were not child friendly, a child could easily climb through, we were not too concerned as we made sure there was always someone outside with our daughter or we locked the external doors to keep her inside with us. There is also a travel cot which could double as a playpen for a baby/ toddler to ensure a child is safe. It is within walking distance to a gorgeous sandy beach, a road train stops at the bottom of the road for access to a lot more restaurants, shops, a water park, other beaches & plenty more. We had an amazing time & are very tempted to go back!! Thank you to Alex & Rosalia for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic villa but needs to be more child friendly
We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children (5 & 3 years) and this was a lovely villa. Spacious layout, beautifully appointed, very private, 5 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. 4 bathrooms, plenty of hot water. Nice big kitchen. Nice lounge but we were outside most of the time we were there. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. Lovely seating arrangement and superb views to the sea and beach. The pool was good for the adults but Roman steps would have made it better for the children. We liked the grass area and the terrace was ideal for shade and watching the children. We would have liked gates at the bottom of the roof terraces stairs to close them off from the children. We have stayed in this part of Binibeca before and the location is great for the beach and restaurants nearby. Our favourite is 'Pedros' in Cala Torret. Would have given it 5 stars if more child friendly.

Maison très bien située, propre avec tout le nécessaire.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, elle est très bien située, vaut mieux être véhiculé pour pouvoir profiter au maximum des environs. Seul petit bémol, le personnel pour entretenir la maison est venu 2 fois dans la semaine sans prévenir (1 fois pour couper les arbres et 1 fois pour l’entretien de la piscine).
