Dear Guest. We always appreciate feedback from guests as it helps us to improve. However, in this particular case, we find your comment unfortunate and unfair, as it is far from the truth. It is our absolute priority that our guests enjoy their holidays in our villa to the maximum and to this end we have not only equipped and designed the villa to a very high standard, but we also offer an immediate attention service for any queries or incidents that may arise during your stay. The cleaning of the Villa is a priority for us, and proof of this is that, as you have been able to see, cleaning during your stay is also included in the price with a minimum frequency of 3 days. Regarding your particular incident on the day of arrival, the cleaning services arrived within 30 minutes of your notification (which, by the way, was well before the agreed check-in time). The fact that it had rained with soil the day before (sometimes happens on the island) and the outdoor furniture was wet, is an issue that we cannot always control. Even so, when you asked for cleaning services to come, they arrived within 30 minutes. The rest of the comments about lack of equipment are far from the truth. However, as I say, if you had informed us during your stay, we would have told you where they were kept or provided you with some if they were not to your liking. The kitchen is equipped with German top brand appliances and the beds are practically new with top quality mattresses with a thickness of 40 centimetres to guarantee our guests a good night's sleep. We have invested and continue to invest a lot of time and money in the Villa each year to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience and we are therefore particularly disappointed by your comments. Dear guest. Thank you very much for your comments, I hope you enjoyed your holiday. The house policy is to leave a minimum of products for the guest when they arrive (dishwasher tablets, a bag for the rubbish put in the house, a kitchen towel and toilet rolls in the bathrooms), but the guest must subsequently replenish and buy what they need for their stay. However, on request, we can leave a food pack for breakfast, very useful in cases where the guest arrives late. The normal check-in time is 15:00, but in some cases such as yours, where your flight landed very early on the island, you were allowed to enter the house earlier and enjoy the pool and garden while the cleaning services did their work. My apologies if I misunderstood anything, because not sure what the problem is that, having been allowed to access to the property earlier, the key was handed to you by a cleaning service person. Regarding the noise in the house, this is the first time we have been informed of this. Anyway, we appreciate and take note of your comments, as we always aim to continue to improve our service.
