Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday.

Excellent Hotel
Excellent hotel, everything about the hotel was great,so clean everywhere, couldn’t fault the food at all, plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Allua hotels in Menorca — what a wonderful place.
The staff was absolutely pleasant and accommodating. The room was gorgeous and nicely clean. The entertainment lineup was exquisite and elegant.

Bright busy hotel
It’s a good hotel with a nice pool area and helpful staff. Not sure how thorough the cleaning is - could see visible dirt on the stairs (like dead flies and band-aid) that were there all week.

Great choice hotel in S'algar
We really enjoyed our stay at the Alua Illa de Menorca Hotel. Staff were professional and helpful and the entertainment staff were particularly upbeat and full of fun. The food buffets were consistently good with loads of choice. Our room had a great sea view and I would definitely recommend paying a little extra for this. The quality of the evening entertainment varied but the Soul brothers were excellent. There were very few children there during our stay but I expect the hotel is a lot busier during school holiday time.

Excellent cleaning staff. Excellent reception staff. Excellent entertainment staff. Needs a seperate bar and drinks service for "all inclusbr" and cash customers. Some bar staff very dismissive of customers who tbey wanted to serve and move on. Not what I expected for the prices I was asked to pay - cost of drinks varied considerably. Not sure why.

Lovely location & great resort. Loved the service in all areas, restaurant staff were very attentive, reception was great - gave us some amazing recommendations for beaches accessible by car & with a buggy; the cleaning staff were considerate, left the room exactly how we liked it. Very close to a beautiful Cove & a small town with nice restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

A quiet break
A very nice hotel, with good facilities, pools, bar and gym, has a restaurant and a snack bar near the pool, a very nice buffet breakfast. Rooms are very clean and well equipped, superb views if you opt for sea view. Toiletries are supplied and there is a safe in room at extra cost. TV is a little on the small size, but adequate, free WiFi. Room has a very large comfy bed and fridge, Air Con and blackout curtains, with balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful. Situated in a very quiet area, away from main towns. There are two courtesy shuttle minibus to the Beach resort of Punta Prima or Mahon. This service has to be booked in advance and takes 8 passengers. The hotel is set in a very quiet area. There are two supermarkets, two restaurants and bars, a sandwich shop and souvenir shop. We visited out of season in May, so a couple of places were closed. There is a lovely walk, along the slightly rocky coast line to a hidden beach. There is a bar and restaurant there, or another lovely restaurant with views before you get there.

Location and good service, clean rooms. Great sporting facilities. We did not have the all inclusive package because we intended to eat out but the evening meal was good value we decided eat at the hotel each night.

Lovely hotel in quiet village
Hotel and amenities were great, lots of activities on offer. Staff were lovely and friendly, everywhere was clean. Close and easy to get to Mahon. Great little place to stay if all you want is to relax by the pool. We had a fabulous time.

Very quiet hotel, peaceful retreat
Very quiet hotel situated at top of short hill to sea, where sister hotel Port Blue S’Algar (Adults only) hotel is situated. Guests of Port Blue San Lois Hotel could use facilities of Port Blue S’Algar and Port Blue Las America’s Hotel further up hill, but could only eat at restaurants where you were actually staying. Drinks were available where ever you were and if your were fully inclusive then these were free at all locations. Food was very good, we expected average, but were pleasantly surprised. Staff throughout resorts were excellent, very friendly at bars and resturants, Juan at our pool lunch restaurant must get a special mention as he remembered our room number after the couple of days, quite a feat as the hotel had 240 rooms and hotel looked fairly full. Sun beds were plentiful never had to get up early to reserve one, even some were available after lunchtime. Only points to note is that there is no beach at S’Algar but beautiful clear water which is easy to swim in. Very relaxing peaceful holiday, plus added benefit free curtesy bus to neighbouring resorts Punta Prima and Binibeca which was an added bonus. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Average conditions . We were for our first anniversary, the staff wasnt prepared even when we told them. Water in the bathroom stinks when you take a shower. The room was clean and foor was OK.

hotel is good but entertainment has gone down hill ,staff are great as usual, rooms are very good and clean,but carpet on stairs and landings are very dirty in places.food in restaurant needs to be looked at very ,cheap meat dishes but cold counter and fruit is very good as are selection of bread and cheese,although fruit and equipment for smoothies are there no staff to make them .
