Clean, friendly and helpful staff, very good

Perfect location for airport. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Very luxurious hotel, comfortable and modern furnishings and lovely toiletries. However, we thought there was a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel- there isn't (although you can book one the other way ) Thankfully taxi is pretty cheap - much too far to walk .

I was a solo female and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Batul sprung out the door the second I parked outside, carried in my luggage and even parked my car in their secure underground carpark. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very varied and of a high standard with freshly cooked pancakes from the chefs. The orange juice could be improved... Overall a great stay at a fantastic price and I will use it as a convenient hotel for the airport.

This is a very classy hotel which is ideal for business trips, would definitely use again if I visit Izmir in the future.

Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent room service, kind staff. Very good breakfast. Close to a big shopping mall. We stayed one night and definitely prefer to stay as a family when we come to İzmir.

Room was extremely clean and spacious, the included breakfast was excellent and the staff were courteous and polite. Transport using the city’s trams which are a short walk away is very convenient. There is light traffic noise with the windows closed at night but nothing that a standard pair of ear plugs cannot deal with. My second time and I will stay again.

The hotel was cool and quiet. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. I did not use the spa facilities but others in my group did and enjoyed it very much. I would go back to this hotel

Great hotel for a short break.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The reception staff were so kind and caring especially Mr. Murat who was kind enough to allocate me to the best kind of room I required. I’d like to thank them all including the restaurant and room service staff. Room service food could come slightly warmer but overall, everything was perfect.

Great location, super comfortable modern style professional staff all over excellent. Parking was a great help. Nice drinks, nibbles and coffee. Absolutely loved the thick nice curtains

An Unforgettable 6-Night Stay with Exceptional Staff! I recently completed a lovely 6-night stay at Hotel Alves in Izmir, and it was truly a wonderful experience - 2nd visit. From start to finish, the overall vibe of the hotel was professional yet incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my entire visit. The location is great, next to the train station for daily trips out of the city. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to Aylin and Hediye as well as the wonderful kitchen team....

The staff, location and the condition of the hotel were great.

Very good service. Very clean hotel Polite and nice staff I will use this hotel again
