Restaurant staff & waiters are great & very quick- especially the younger ones. Plenty seats and space. Variety of choices of food. It would have been nice if they also had ice-cream next to the dessert area. The beach was also peaceful and very clean, staff is very fast with cleaning after you. Again may be don’t have the music that loud and also play more cultural music than playing very old foreign American tunes. Entertainment wasn’t that entertaining, not a variety activities for different types of guests. I would have loved some romantic live Turkish/cultural slow music. The bathrooms need renovations. It felt like Housekeepers spray your room with some strong perfume (room spray) it’s odour is pleasant the first time you enter the room but it’s very strong & long lasting, I know they are trying to make it smell nice & clean, but it gets hard to breathe after couple minutes in your room & breathing all those chemicals in makes you feel sick after. These things are very bad for the health, may be try other organic alternatives like rose petals, herbs, mints etc. Reception area was also really nice & spacious just like the outside area. It’s very hot inside the lifts. Receptionist guys are very nice & helpful.

I stayed with my son & family - we had a beautiful deluxe 2 bedroom family room. Excellent room with a sea view. All staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nour and Nahed were so kind and helpful - always smiling. We enjoyed our stay and will return. We were a little disappointed that there was no buffet meal service but this was due to limited guests. I would recommend this hotel!

Otel çok temiz, odamız genişti. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve arı gibi çalışıyorlar. Havuzu yeterli büyüklükte. Misafirlerin çoğu küçük çocuklu. Ancak misafir kitlesi iyi olup çocuklarla ilgili hiç rahatsızlık hissetmedik. Gün boyu çocuklara aktivite var. Tek eleştrim, alkol çeşitliliği çok olmasına rağmen markaların seçimi iyi değil, tadı yoktu.

Sabah kuş sesleri ile huzur içinde uyanıp güne başlamak çok iyiydi. 4 gün geçirdiğim tesiste; havuz, deniz vazgeçilmezi olanlara önerilir. Mayıs sonu olmasına rağmen 28-30 derecelerde denize girilebiliyor. Herkesin isteğine göre vakit geçirebileceği, sabahtan gece 12 ye kadar aktivitelerin olduğu güzel bir tesis. Çocuklu ailelere önerilir. Dans ve animasyon ekibi; İsmail Bey ve Dilara Hanım tüm gün çocuklarla ilgileniyorlar. Akşam saatlerinde tüm çocuklar sahneye toplanması, sabırsızlıkla her akşam güzel bir ambians. Özellikle Dilara Hanım her çocukla özel ilgileniyor, özel olan çocuklara daha fazla vakit ayırıyor, özellikle ilgileniyor. Girişte Özlem Hanım ve ekibi ile başlayan her çalışanın güler yüzle karşılaması, restorantta Şef garson İbrahim Bey ekibi ve özellikle Gökhan Bey'e teşekkür ederim. Otelden saat 12:00 da Check Out yapıp çıkış yaptığınız andan itibaren sadece denizi ve Soyunma Kabini kullanmayı talep ettiğiniz takdirde; kişi başı 25 Euro şeklinde ( Bu Ücretin Dayanağını Bize Açıklayamadılar !! ) Misafirlerini SOYMAK Şeklinde Soyguncu bir tesis işletme sistemlerini bizzat deneyimledik !!!!! Club Beyy, çok güzel konumlanmış. Odalar, aquapark, büyük havuz ve deniz birbirine çok yakın. İstediğinizden çok kısa sürede yararlanabiliyorsunuz. Konfor muazzam. Deniz ve havuzlarda çok iyi ama en fazla yiyecek yönüne hayran kaldım. Hiçbir otelde bulamayacağınız yemek konforu sizi bekliyor olacak. Denemelisiniz. Çalışan ve Yöneticilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Hiç bozmamalısınız.

Otelden memnun kaldık. Eylül sonlarına doğru yaptığımız konaklamada çok sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Özellikle çalışanlar çok arkadaş canlisiydi. Odalar yeni ve temizdi. Yemekler bizim için oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi.

Een heerlijke plek om even bij te komen.

Hele fijne staff , wat echt een pluswaarde heeft voor deze plek. Dagelijks schoonmaak in de kamers. Eten en drank is er vollop en voldoende variatie. Strand is mooi . Ligplekken zijn er volllop alleen iets gedateerde ligbedden. Er is niet veel tedoen in directe omgeving maar met een taxi ben je voor 5 tot 10 euro in naargelegen steden en dorpen. Kindvriendelijk

700 km yol sonrası otel içinde park yeri olmadığı için dışarı bırakmak zorunda kaldık ve kimse yardımcı olmadı. Lobi karşılama ve kayıt işlemleri hızlıydı. Odaya çıkarken asansörler oldukça eski yavaş ve geç geliyor. Odalar idare eder, banyo oldukça eski ve dar, ilginç olanı banyoda diş fırçanızı koyabileceiniz bir bardak bile olmaması. Odanın soğutması oldukça vasat. Yemekte masanızda su şişesi olmaması ve bir bardak su için garson beklemeniz gereksiz bir tasarruf yöntemi. Bunun dışında personel ilgili, deniz oldukça güzel.

2 gün konaklama yaptık, personel her alanda güleryüzlü hizmet veriyordu, fakat sezon açılışı nedeniyle tüm personeli fazla çalıştırdıklarını gözlemledik. buna rağmen genç kadrosu gayet güleryüzlüydü. yemeklerin kalitesi fiyat performans kadar, beklentiniz yüksek olmasın. denize sıfır olması ve havuzun binaya ve plaja yakın olması güzeldi. temizlik açısından sorun yaşamadık. kısa süreli tatiller için değerlendirilebilir. son olarak bebek ve çocuklu aile fazla olduğu için ortamda çok fazla çocuk sesi oluyor. çocuksuz aileler için bir bilgi :)
