"This cute, comfy place is in the older part of Memphis but very close to so many attractions and restaurants. It is very well appointed. No outlet in the bathroom but Cathy and Greg provided a very long extension cord. I am a light sleeper and brought a noise machine. It helped drown out the road noise It is on a main road but parking is in the back so not visible from the main road. The steps are a bit challenging but manageable. Cathy and Greg are warm, wonderful hosts and quickly responds to texts. Greg greeted me when I arrived and walked to the apartment. I met Cathy shortly after and she welcomed too. Thank you!"

"stay was great! Safe neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and shopping. Close to downtown and graceland. 5th bedroom is an A frame roof, so hard for an adult to stand up. i would recommend."

"The property aligned with everything described, modern, clean, and with all the amenities needed for our stay. The central location was convenient to destinations across the city. There was a minor glitch in the check-in process, but quickly resolved. There was a concerning incident that occurred late Saturday evening when an unknown person, celebrating St. Patrick's Day, attempted to enter the front door. Fortunately the person left the property without incident but the entire encounter dealing with this individual and activating 911 was frightening for my spouse who was alone with two infants."

"April’s house was wonderful! In a great location and close to everything we needed. The home was spotless and very cute on the inside. It has a very big outdoor corner lot that is completely fenced. I would definitely stay there again and recommend. Thank you April!!!"

"My stay was nice I had trouble getting in the room at first because I forgot to ask for to code. It was spacious and very clean. I loved the shower and the glass dishes as well. I would recommend a dish rack so the dishes are able to dry other than that I loved the getaway."

"The Cooper Young bungalow was cute and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. The team was quick to respond to any messages and address any issues. Smoke detector battery was going out and they quickly came to take care of it. Very friendly and professional. Great location, close to all the activities you want to do. Would definitely stay again if needed. "

"The cottage was in an excellent location, clean and well appointed. We were aware we shared parking areas with the tenant on location but unaware we shared laundry facilities until I asked the day before weleft. The laundry facility was in use by the tenant most of the weekend. I just think the description could be more precise in that regard."
