Disliked: Cleanliness, communication

There was no response from the host when I reached out about the leak under the kitchen sink. There were rats in the garage and the home was not clean as I would have expected. The ceiling fans had dust on them and there were rat droppings in the kitchen cabinets. I will never stay here again.
