Other Things to Note: This home is about a half block from a train track. This is extremely common in Memphis as we have multiple industrial railroads that run right through town. Luckily, this particular spot is right before an unloading point for the trains so they are always going quite slow. You may hear the horn, but that is literally everywhere in the city limits. Also, Fedex is headquartered just 5 miles down the road and planes can be heard going over head every few minutes at specific 20-30 minute periods at specific times during the day or night. The location felt really safe and was convenient for getting around, with plenty of great places nearby. Inside, the apartment was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious — exactly what you want after a long day out.The amenities provided were excellent too.
