The property was filthy. No clean linen to shower. The bed linen was filthy. No kitchen utensils and the sole towel was dirty. The worst stay ever. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have left upon seeing the property. I was also charge for electricity, a first ever and I have visited all 50 states.

It was terrible place had to go get towels and a microwave from downstairs. Floor was dirty and sticky at night there was cook roaches on counter. Holes in wall. We canceled 2nd night and im still waiting for my refund and deposit

The sheets were dirty and no bedspread; broken lamp, reception room dirty, outdoors dirty. I was totally shocked and walked out. Now working to get my refund. Out there in parking g lot were bags and bags of trash piled up. Honestly I was shocked

Room was stated cleaned. The door wouldn't open came back down to inform front desk that maybe someone was already checked in but she went up to check it and it was no one already checked and told us we have to leave the key in pull the door forward and bump the door open. We get into the room it was infested with gnats found a trash can under the cabinet with garage inside with gnats as well. We went back down to the front desk and the young lady told use she can refund our deposit for the room and that she had no other rooms available that was the last room so we left and did not stay due to the fact the room was listed as cleaned and it was not at all. Now I have to go through expedia and get a refund on the entire hotel payment although we didn't even stay at all we have to find another hotel after we had already booked at this one and couldn't even stay.

Here is what you will get at this Motel 6 near Memphis Airport--airplanes taking off from the airport starting at 3:00 AM; fire alarms that no one knows how to shut off for one hour also 3:00 AM; lots and lots of disgusting trash all over the property, yes, INSIDE the hotel , hallways have never been vacuumed, carpet is stained with cat pee. Your kitchenette has no plates, glasses, silver ware, pots or pans or microwave. You will have to get the card key to your room re-keyed every night because the key pad on the door doesn't function. One night, I got to the hotel after 10:00PM and there was no one at the front desk, the 662 does not work. I had to leave the hotel at 1:00 AM to find another hotel room for another $108.00. Oh yes, there is no hair dryer, no ironing board NOTHING. Even the sheets were stained. There are lots and lots of roaches and mice. This place is more than disgusting and should be shut down immediately by the Health Department. There are no restaurants or shops near by.

This property is absolutely disgusting and is a health hazard the dumpsters were overflowing with trash and not just hotel trash, but additional household trash and furniture spilling into the parking lot. The hallways had trash and litter and stains everywhere. Doors to the outside were propped open with garbage bags. The first room I was given, had pet hair all in the sheets and wasn’t clean. The tub had stains and debris left in it. The faucet was broken. The second room given to me, had cigarette ash all over the toilet seat and inside the tub. This bed and curly black hair on the comforter. The entire hotel is filthy and reeks of cigarette smoke. No Manager was on duty and I was told the only way to get a refund was to call support over in India. This place is dangerous. Do not stay here at any cost go elsewhere.

Got there to check in. They had to use my Hotspot on my phone to check me in Went to elevator there was cigarettes all over floor. Got to our floor smelt like pot and more cigarettes on floor. Made it to our room half the lights did not work. It smelt like mold it was dirty in there trash on floor. I went to walmart and bout cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. Had people knocking on the door all through night. very uncomfortable place to stay bed was very broke down. I do not recommend
