Cleaned with CDC standards, surfaces sanitized, doorknobs and remotes all wiped clean. This is an first floor unit but does have stairs up to the building in front. Spacious 1,000 sq ft, well appointed, comfortable, and soothing. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back. Interaction with Guests: This Airbnb is owned by Dekalb Properties LLC which is run by Kelly Malone with help from Co-Host Ron Davis. We both live in the Midtown area so if you should need anything we are close by. Every listing has a guide book to what we think are some of the best attractions in the Memphis Area, but should you be looking for anything specific please feel free to ask and we will give you our best response.
