The staff acted as if you are invisible. Not the front desk - the other staff. Trying to walk with a luggage cart? They don't move/mind/care/walk in front of you/cut you off/etc. For some reason they set the floor blower right in the middle of the walkway (so had to go a whole different route with luggage cart). No hellos, nods, nothing when passing by them. It was so strange and felt so unwelcoming. Then, I'm still baffled as to why they decided to put the towels INSIDE the shower (see pic). And I'm sorry, but using zip ties for shower hooks is ghetto for as much as this room cost. Parking was limited, but we managed to get a spot with Vallet having our best interest at heart. Nice staff, nicely updated amenities and I would stay again, no questions asked.
