"The hotel was great. The best part is the staff. From the front desk, to housekeeping, and maintenance, everyone was so kind and helpful. The beds were comfy. The only downside was the noisy street. If your room faces the Peabody and your a light sleeper, bring earplugs. I would stay again if I return to Memphis."

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in - the host kept in touch every day to make sure everything was perfect. And it was - even the Holy Grail of a kettle to boil water for tea was supplied. And a cafetière for coffee!
Easy to find, the neighbourhood in the Victorian Village was historically interesting and pretty. A short walk to the trolley bus or bus meant downtown was easily accessible- although late night trams etc were not an option after 9pm as we found out. But The...

Fabulous location and property with quirky features true to the Blues. Great communication and recommendations.
Will definitely recommend and use again if we come back to Memphis.

My husband and myself stayed here for a week this September, after a week in Washington. Memphis is very laid back, a bit run down in places but full of musical history. The parkland opposite the hotel is lovely with many local families making use of it by picnicking, jogging and dog walking . Everyone was very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant/bar upstairs and out room wasnt very far from it (about 2 rooms along) but we didnt hear any sound at all coming from there. There are a lot of nice...

Up market hotel. But this one is very greedy. If your staying in a hotel of this level you can expect to pay high prices.
But the Peabody goes a little bit to far.
