    Cool 1928 apartment; 2 bed + 1 bath. First class renovations from head to toe (but with much of the original midtown character intact). The brick exterior and slat & plaster walls add a lot of charm to this perfectly located midtown property with parking! Your apartment is in a 4-plex and equipped with its own washer and dryer, two super-comfy queen-sized beds, Smart TVs in both bedrooms, SUPERFAST WIFI, and the convenience of midtown at your fingertips. Fully renovated kitchen and bathroom!

    Interaction with Guests:
    This Airbnb is owned by Dekalb Properties LLC which is run by Kelly Malone with help from Co-Host Ron Davis. We both live in the Midtown area so if you should need anything we are close by. Every listing has a guide book to what we think are some of the best attractions in the Memphis Area, but should you be looking for anything specific please feel free to ask and we will give you our best response. Our units include digital locks that are changed for every guest for easy check in and also creates limited face to face contact during these pandemic times.
